Currently 03.11.2021 all Practices nationally are experiencing IT issues and have limited, or no access to SystmOne – our medical record system. Our IT suppliers are working hard to resolve the issue but currently we have had no timescale given for a resolution. This may mean that we are unable to offer an appointment and we are unable to issue prescriptions. All GP Services have been affected. We will update as soon as we know more.
