Change to Prescription Requests from Monday 22/11/21

During the COVID-19 Pandemic we have temporarily accepted prescription requests over the phone – from Monday 22 November this will no longer be possible and one of the below options will need to used to order your prescriptions;

  • By coming into surgery and completing an order slip/repeat slip
  • By posting your repeat slip to the surgery
  • By using the online ordering system (see Online Services for more information) 
  • By signing up for the Repeat Dispensing Service (ask for more information at the surgery)

Remember to order your prescriptions in good time, requests will be dealt with within 48 hours.
