Calling parents and carers of children and young people with asthma

West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership want to better understand the impacts of poor indoor air quality on families and carers of children and young people with asthma and how we can support families and what information they would like to know.

If you are a parent or carer of a child or young person with asthma, please complete the following survey WY Asthma patient engagement (smartsurvey.co.uk). 

The results will help better understanding of the impacts of poor indoor air quality such as dust, damp and mould on families and carers of children and young people with asthma.
